2020 Ferrari 488 Pista Shines Brighter with XPEL ULTIMATE PLUS Paint Protection Film 2020 Ferrari 488 Pista This stunning 2020 Ferrari 488 Pista Spider stopped by our Houston, TX, XPEL install shop the other day. We treated the Italian supercar with a complete ULTIMATE PLUS ™ Paint Protection Film wrap. In addition, our certified installers treated the Ferrari 488 Spider’s glass with PRIME XR PLUS ™ Ceramic Window Tint. This Ferrari is protected both inside and out with XPEL. For 2020, Ferrari reduced the trim variants for the 488 to only the Pista and Pista Spider. The 488 Pista Spider uses the same twin-turbocharged 3.9-liter V8 as the hardtop coupe model. This engine is capable of producing an eye-widening 711-hp and 567 lb.-ft of torque. A seven-speed automatic transmission sends that power to the rear wheels. Fun fact, the 488 was Ferrari’s first turbocharged mid-engine supercar.
